Stones Throw Cottage
Stones Throw Cottage is in Sheringham. It's a fisherman's cottage, just over the road from the beach. You can see the sea from the front windows and the little terrace.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It was all done up in 2022, so it's in good order. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and has everything you need. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, like most old cottages.
The beach is right there. It's sandy and it's a Blue Flag beach. It's good for swimming when the weather's right, or just for a walk. The town centre is a five minute walk. There are shops, cafes, and a few pubs that do food.
For things to do, Sheringham Park is nice for a walk. The National Trust looks after it. You can get the steam train from Sheringham along the coast. The nearby Norfolk Coast is good for longer walks and birdwatching.
Cromer is about ten minutes by car. They've got the pier and a nice beach. If you fancy a day out, the Blickling and Felbrigg Hall estates are within half an hour, and they're National Trust too.
Facilities wise: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs.
