Stones Throw Cottage
Stones Throw Cottage is in Sheringham. It's a fisherman's cottage, about a minute's walk from the beach. You can see the sea from the front. We did it up in 2022. It's comfortable.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. There's a small attic room too, more of a quiet spot with a chair than an extra bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The stairs are steep, it's that sort of house.
The front terrace is fenced, so it's private. You can sit out there.
Everything you need in Sheringham is a five-minute walk. There's a decent high street with shops, cafes and pubs. The pubs are within 300 yards. The beach is mostly sand and shingle.
For getting out, the North Norfolk Railway steam train runs to Holt. Cromer's along the coast, about fifteen minutes by car. You've got the pier there. The Norfolk Broads start near Wroxham, which is about half an hour's drive.
If you like walking, Sheringham Park is good. It's National Trust. The coast path goes both ways from the town. There's a golf course on the cliffs.

For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a travel cot and highchair. Two well-behaved dogs are allowed.
