Woodland

Woodland is a house in Sheringham. It's on a quiet street a few minutes from the town centre and the beach. It's a modern build, semi-detached, with an enclosed back garden.

It sleeps six people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. It has a 5 Star rating, which means everything is in good order and it's well equipped.

The main thing about the location is you can walk to most of Sheringham. The beach is about a ten minute walk down the hill. The high street has independent shops, a few good places to eat, and a Co-op. The North Norfolk Railway station is close by if you want a steam train to Holt.

Sheringham Park is a big one for walking. It's run by the National Trust. The paths are good and the views from the hill are worth it. You can access the coast path from there too.

Within about half an hour's drive you've got a lot of the North Norfolk coast. Cromer has its pier and more beach. Blakeney is good for a walk out to the point or for boat trips to see the seals. The RSPB at Cley Marshes is right there if you're a birdwatcher. Holkham Hall and Beach are about 45 minutes away.

For a day out in a city, Norwich is about 40 minutes by car. You can get the train from Sheringham too, which takes a bit longer but means you don't have to park.

At the house, there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for two cars on the driveway. The garden is enclosed. It's not suitable for pets. The entrance has level access.
