Beach House

This is the Beach House in Sheringham. It's a few minutes' walk from the town centre and the beach. You can see the sea from the front upstairs windows.

It sleeps six, three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The whole ground floor is level, so it works for wheelchairs or if you have trouble with stairs. There's a small enclosed garden out the back.

The house is right on the street, so it can be a bit busy out front during the day. It's mostly pedestrians heading to the beach. It quietens down in the evening.

You can walk to everything. There's a shop about a hundred yards away, and a couple of pubs just round the corner. The high street has a mix of chain and independent shops. The beach is shingle and sand, and the promenade is good for a pushchair or wheelchair.

If you want to explore further, the North Norfolk Railway steam trains run from Sheringham. The Sheringham Park estate is nearby for walking. It's about a twenty-minute drive to Blakeney for boat trips or crabbing. Blickling Hall is around half an hour away if you like grand houses and gardens. Cromer is the next town along the coast.

For facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
