This place is called Seasong. It's a barn conversion near Salthouse on the Norfolk coast. It's all on one floor, which is handy.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard and has things like underfloor heating. It's a comfortable place.
The living area is open-plan with a wood burner. There's a table and chairs, a sofa, a TV, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is a wet room with a shower.
You've got a small enclosed garden out the back. It's walled, so it's private. You can see the heath and the church from there.
The track up to it is unmade, so it's a bit bumpy. That's just how it is out here. It's very quiet.
The beach is about a ten minute walk. You go down the track, past the marshes. It's shingle. The village shop and a good pub are about the same distance. The pub does proper food and has views over the marshes.
For birdwatching, you're right next to the RSPB reserves at Cley and Salthouse Heath. Blakeney is two miles away for the seal trips. Holt is four miles for shops and restaurants. Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham are about a twenty minute drive.
