Yew Tree Cottages No 9

Yew Tree Cottages No 9 is in Langham village. It's a small two-up-two-down sort of place, sleeps three in two bedrooms.

It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. The rating mostly means it's well-kept and comfortable. It's not huge, but it's sorted for what you need. They've done it up nicely. One bathroom.

The kitchen is the main thing here. It’s a good size if you like to cook. The living room is cosy. There's an open fire for colder nights.

Practical bits: parking is on site. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, towels and bedding are included. WiFi is there. It’s wheelchair accessible at the entrance, and the garden is enclosed. You can bring one dog.

The village pub is about a hundred yards away. They do food. The nearest shop is two miles, so you’ll likely need to drive for a big shop.

The coast is two miles away. Blakeney Quay is that direction, good for crabbing or a walk. From there you can go west towards Wells-next-the-Sea, or east towards Cromer. Both directions are nice. Holkham Beach is about seven miles, maybe a fifteen minute drive. It’s a big, famous beach.

Holt is a few miles inland. It's a Georgian town with antique shops and cafes. The North Norfolk Railway runs from there to the coast if you like steam trains.

Further afield, within about half an hour you've got the Thursford Collection if you like mechanical organs and fairground rides, Blickling Hall for a grand day out, or Sheringham Park for walking. The Broads are about forty-five minutes' drive if you fancy that.
