Orchard Farmhouse

The coast at Wells-next-the-Sea is about ten minutes' drive. It's got a sandy beach with those coloured beach huts. The quay there is nice for a walk. There are plenty of places to eat in Wells, and the town has some interesting shops.
Holkham Hall and its estate are very close. It's a big stately home with miles of beach and walking. The National Trust runs it. For birdwatchers, RSPB Snettisham is about twenty minutes away by car.
The Georgian town of Holt is about fifteen minutes inland. It's got antiques shops and a good bookshop. The coast road from here to Cromer is worth driving for the views.
Practical things: it takes one well-behaved dog. There's parking on site. It has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included.
