Leeward Cottage
Leeward Cottage is in Wells-next-the-Sea. It's semi-detached. You're in the middle of the town, so it's about a five minute walk down to the quay.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are steep, just to let you know.
From the quay, the sandy beach is about a mile along the harbour. You can drive it or walk it. Holkham Hall and its beach are two miles away. That beach is spectacular, it's huge.National Trust Holkham.
There's a local shop and a few pubs and restaurants within a ten minute walk. You won't go hungry. For sailing or crabbing off the quay, you're right there.
Sandringham is about ten miles if you want to look around the estate.Sandringham Estate. Blakeney Point for the seals is a fifteen minute drive.National Trust Blakeney.
Facilities: Washing machine, TV, cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's no garden, but you're close to everything. Sorry, no pets.
