Mallards is in Wells next the Sea. It's on a quiet side street with similar houses. The harbour, which is still a working port, is a fairly easy walk away, maybe five or ten minutes. The beaches are fantastic, really wide.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, not a show home. The stairs inside are quite steep and a bit narrow, like a lot of old cottages.
You've got a garden to yourself. It's enclosed with a lawn, so it's safe for kids or if you bring a dog. There's parking right there too.
The local shop is basically next door. Pubs and places to eat are about five minutes walk. The beaches are massive when the tide's out. You can walk to them from the cottage.
For days out, the whole north Norfolk coast is right there. Holkham Hall and beach are close. Blakeney for seal trips is a short drive. Sandringham is about half an hour. King's Lynn and the edge of the Broads are about thirty minutes too.
Inside, there's a washing machine, wifi, and bedding and towels are included. The shower is fine.
