Mallards is in Wells next the Sea, in a quiet little road. It's a semi-detached house, one of a terrace. You get the enclosed garden to yourselves. It's nothing fancy, it's just a practical little place.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, which means it's perfectly comfortable and clean but not high-end. There's parking on the drive.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There's a washing machine. Bedding is included. No pets allowed.
You can walk into Wells from the house. It takes a few minutes to get to the shops, and a few more to get down to the harbour. The beach is famous, with the pine woods and the beach huts. It's a very long, wide beach. The walk out to it from the town is part of the experience.
The coast path runs right through here. Holkham Hall and Beach are just a short drive south. Blakeney Point is to the east for the seals. There's a lot of good bird reserves around, like Titchwell Marsh which is run by the RSPB.
For a bigger day out, Sandringham is about half an hour's drive. King's Lynn or the Norfolk Broads are also within about thirty minutes or so.
