Fisherman's Cottage is in Wells next the Sea, Norfolk. It's on a street about twenty-five yards back from the harbour quay. You can see the masts from the front window.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well kept. The stairs are fine, no real quirks to mention inside.
You're right in the middle of things. There are shops, cafes, and the famous whelk stall on the quay. The little narrow gauge railway that goes to the beach starts just there. The beach at Wells is about a mile away, a big sandy stretch with the pine woods. You can walk it or take the train.
For the wider area, you're well placed. Holkham Hall and its beach are a short drive. Boat trips to see the seals at Blakeney Point leave from Morston, which is ten minutes by car. The bird reserves at Titchwell and Cley are along the coast road.
For facilities: it's got parking on site, which is handy in Wells. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding is included. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. No pets, sorry.
