Black Horse Cottage is on a side road in Wells. You're a couple of minutes' walk from the quay and the high street. It's a quiet spot but right in the middle of things.
The cottage sleeps six. It's got three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. The stairs are steep and a bit narrow, which is fairly typical for a cottage.
The beach is a good walk away, maybe twenty minutes, or you can drive. It's a great beach, miles of sand with the pine woods and those coloured beach huts.
Wells itself is good for a wander. There are shops, cafes, a couple of delis, and places for fish and chips on the quay. You can watch the boats come in.
For a day out, Blakeney is about a ten minute drive east. You can get boat trips from Morston to see the seals when they're running. Holkham Hall and its park are very close. Heading west, you've got Brancaster beach and the coast road to Hunstanton, all within half an hour.
Inside, it's got a wood burner and a Range cooker. There's WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
