Clipper Cottage

This is Clipper Cottage in Wells next the Sea. It's one of a pair in a small courtyard, just off the main street. A couple of minutes walk and you're at the harbour.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. You get the whole cottage and the garden to yourselves. The garden is enclosed, which is useful if you're bringing dogs.

Speaking of which, you can bring up to two. The stairs inside are fairly standard, not too steep.

For the beach, you'll need to walk down to the harbour first and then along the path. It's about a mile to the actual sand. It's a good, long beach. The Holkham Hall estate and beach are about two miles west, if you want a change.

There are shops and a couple of pubs about 800 yards away. Burnham Market is five miles if you want to look around the shops there.

For birdwatching, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell Marsh is a short drive. The Sandringham Estate is about ten miles away.

Inside, it's got a woodburning stove, a washing machine, wifi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site, which is helpful in Wells. There's a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs.
