Clipper Cottage
Clipper Cottage is in Wells next the Sea, on the north Norfolk coast. It's one of two in a little courtyard with four places altogether. The courtyard is quiet but you're right in the town, about a five minute walk from the harbour.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are a typical cottage spiral, so take care on them.
You have a small enclosed patio garden out the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon. There's a wood burner in the living room, which is nice in the cooler months.
The main beach is about a mile away, maybe a twenty minute walk. It's a great sandy beach with the famous pine woods and beach huts. The harbour is closer, and you can get boat trips from there.
For days out, Holkham Hall and its beach are just a couple of miles west. Burnham Market is about five miles east. The Royal Sandringham Estate is roughly ten miles south. Norwich is about an hour's drive if you want a city trip or to head towards the Broads.
The cottage has wifi, a TV, a washing machine, and includes all bedding and towels. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them, and a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs. We accept up to two well-behaved dogs.
