This is Two Little Ducks. It's in Wells-next-the-Sea, right in the town. It's a semi-detached cottage, recently done up.
It's a four-star place, sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything's clean and works as it should. The rating means it's comfortable.
The big thing is the location. You can walk to everything from here. The quay and harbour are a couple of minutes away. There are shops, pubs, and a few places for fish and chips all within a hundred yards or so. The proper sandy beach is about a mile out, but there's a little land train that runs to it in the summer.
The beach is good. There's a crazy golf course there and space to spread out. At the harbour, people go crabbing. You can book fishing or sailing trips from the quay.
If you drive, Holkham Hall is about ten minutes away. The North Norfolk coast is good for walking. Blakeney is twenty minutes east for more seals and crabbing. Sheringham and its steam railway is about half an hour.
At the cottage, you've got a small garden out the back, off-road parking for one car, and all the usual things like WiFi and a washing machine. There's a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
