This is Chinewrde. It's in Wells next the Sea. Park on the quay in summer and you'll see why a place with two off-street parking spaces is handy. It's about a five minute walk from there into the town centre.
It's a three bedroom house that sleeps six. Got a 4 Star rating. There are two living rooms, both with wood burners. One is open plan with the kitchen. The kitchen has what you need. Stairs are normal. One family bathroom upstairs.
Wells beach is a couple of miles out. You drive or take the little train. It's huge, with sand dunes and those coloured beach huts. The pine woods are part of it.
From the house you can walk to the quay, the fish and chip shops, and the independent shops. The town has butchers, a hardware shop, a bookshop, proper local pubs. The Crown does good food.
If you want to go further, Holkham Hall is about ten minutes by car. The beach there is part of the estate. The National Trust page has the details. Sandringham is about half an hour's drive. Brancaster and Burnham Market are along the coast that way too.
For birdwatching or walking, the North Norfolk coast is all salt marshes and creeks. The Broads are about forty minutes inland if you fancy a change.
Facilities: it's got the parking, a garden, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, TVs. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
