Manor Cottage
This is Manor Cottage. It's in Stiffkey, Norfolk. It's detached, like a small barn that was part of the Manor House. It's quiet.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and has some original features. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings.
The garden is yours to use. There's a BBQ and patio. Parking is right there.
Stiffkey itself is a coastal village. There's a shop about five minutes walk away. A pub and a restaurant are about the same, maybe ten minutes.
The sea is really close. You can walk to the salt marshes in about ten or fifteen minutes. The proper beach at Wells-next-the-Sea is about a five minute drive.
Wells is the main local spot. It's got a quay, shops, and places to eat. The beach there is huge when the tide's out. Further along, Holkham beach is beautiful. The Holkham Hall estate is there too.
In the other direction, towards Cromer, you've got Blakeney. You can get boat trips from there to see the seals. Sheringham and Cromer are classic seaside towns with piers and things to do.
If you want a day inland, Norwich is about forty minutes by car. It's a proper city with a cathedral and shopping. Sheringham Park is good for walking and views.
In the cottage, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but it's an old cottage so the rest of the layout has steps and different levels.
You can bring up to two dogs.
