Delphinium Cottage is in Blakeney. It's part of a small terrace of cottages we manage, so the neighbours are usually other guests. It's a couple of minutes walk from the quay.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating, which is fine. It's clean and comfortable, not fancy. It's open plan downstairs. The stairs are steep, they're the old cottage kind.
You get a small patio area out the back. There's a woodburner for cooler evenings. We include all the bedding and towels. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Wi-Fi works.
You can bring one dog. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's space to store bikes.
The local pub is about a hundred yards away. There's a shop and a restaurant the same distance. The beach at the quay is shingle and mud, good for crabbing. For a long sandy beach, you drive to Wells-next-the-Sea, which is about ten minutes. Holkham is a bit further.
It's good for walking the coastal path or cycling. The salt marshes are right there for birdwatching. If you want a day out, you can drive east to Sheringham or Cromer, or west to Brancaster. They're all within half an hour.
