The Old Stables is in Wiveton, Norfolk. It's a single storey place, so everything's on one level. That's quite good if steps can be a problem.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The beams are low in a couple of doorways, you'll need to mind your head.
It's down a private track, just off the coastal road. You're basically right on the edge of the salt marshes. The garden is enclosed, which is useful. We accept up to two dogs.
The location is the main thing. You can walk straight out onto the marshes. Cley-next-the-Sea village is about half a mile away. They have a good deli, a pub, and a smokehouse. The shingle beach is a walk away along a path.
Blakeney Quay is about a ten minute walk or a very short drive. You can see the Cley windmill from the cottage. For birdwatching, the Norfolk Wildlife Trust centre at Cley is a short drive.
For facilities, it's got a woodburner, dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site.
If you're planning days out, the National Trust has a lot of properties nearby, like Blickling Hall or the coast itself.
