Yew Tree Cottages is a row of cottages on a quiet lane in Langham. Number 7 is on the end. It sleeps three in two bedrooms, and it's got one bathroom. It's a 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You get a small, private garden at the back. There's parking right outside for one car.
The main living space is downstairs. There's an open fireplace. It gets the evening sun. Upstairs, both bedrooms are a decent size. One has a double bed and the other has a single. The stairs are typical cottage stairs. They're not spiral, but they are a bit steeper than a modern house.
The pub is about a hundred yards up the road. They do food. The coast at Blakeney is two miles away. You can walk it if you don't mind a bit of a trek, but most people drive. Good for crabbing and walks.
Within half an hour you've got Wells-next-the-Sea and its big beach, Sheringham Park for walking, and the market town of Holt. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline nearby. If you're interested in stately homes, Blickling Hall and Holkham Hall are both within easy reach.
It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but it's not a fully adapted property. The doorways are standard width and there's a step into the shower. Best to get in touch if you have specific access questions.
The facilities are what you'd expect: bedding and towels are included, there's a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
