Overland Cottage
Overland Cottage is in Holt. It's a wing of a bigger house, so you have your own entrance and it's separate, but it's attached on one side. You get the enclosed garden to yourselves. It's tidy, just a lawn really.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The rating is 3 Star, which means it's clean and comfortable. It's not new or high-end, but it works well.
You can walk into the centre of Holt in about five minutes. It's a nice Georgian town with shops and places to eat. The local pub is about the same distance.
The north Norfolk coast is about five miles away. That's where the big beaches are, like Holkham and Wells. It's a 10 or 15 minute drive. Holt Country Park is even closer, good for a walk if you don't want to go to the sea.
Norwich is about 20 miles south, so half an hour or so. It's good for a day out if you want a city, with the cathedral and castle. If you head west along the coast, you've got places like Blakeney for seal trips, or Cromer with its pier. Blickling Hall and Holkham Hall are both within about half an hour's drive if you like those big estates.
For what's here: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. There is on-site parking for one car. You can bring up to two dogs.
