Rose Cottage is in Baconsthorpe, a village in North Norfolk. It's a flint and brick cottage, a few miles inland. You get a small, walled courtyard garden.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are typical for an old cottage, so they're a bit steep.
The cottage has an open fire. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We accept up to two dogs. There's a stairgate stored in the cupboard under the stairs.
You're about a fifteen-minute drive from the coast. Cromer and Sheringham are both close. The beaches at both are good. You can get seal trips from Morston. Wells-next-the-Sea is a bit further, maybe twenty-five minutes.
Holt, which is a market town, is ten minutes away by car. Norwich is about half an hour's drive if you want a city day. For walking, you're near the North Norfolk coast path.
