Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is in Baconsthorpe, which is a small village in North Norfolk. It's a red brick and flint cottage, detached. The garden is enclosed.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The main bedroom has an old fireplace that's just for decoration now. The bathroom is upstairs, which is a bit unusual for a cottage like this.

The stairs inside are steep. They're original, so mind your head. There's a stairgate at the top.

You've got a woodburning stove in the living room. There's a separate dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. Outside in the courtyard there's a small shed with a pool table in it.

The coast is about a fifteen to twenty minute drive. Sheringham and Cromer are that way. Wells-next-the-Sea is a bit further, maybe twenty-five minutes. You can see the seals from Morston Quay when the boats are running. Holt is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes away by car. Norwich is roughly forty minutes.

You can bring up to two dogs. It's a good spot for walking. The North Norfolk coast path is easily reachable. There's a golf course nearby too.
