This is Filey House, a detached place in Sheringham. It sleeps nine. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms.

It’s got a four star rating. It’s well-equipped and feels like a family house, not a holiday let. There’s a utility room with the washing machine and tumble dryer, so you don’t have to listen to them.

The garden is enclosed and south-facing. A lawn and a patio area. It gets the sun.

You’re right in the town. The beach, the promenade, shops, and a pub are all about an 800-yard walk. It’s handy.

For days out, the North Norfolk Railway is just up the road. The Poppy Line. It’s good fun. Holt is a short drive inland. The Splash water park is nearby for kids. Visit North Norfolk has good information for the area.

There are some stairs. They're open-tread and a bit steep in places, as mentioned. We provide a stairgate.
