Hampshire House is in Cromer, down a quiet lane. It's a short walk to the beach and the town centre, maybe five minutes.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. We've got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring up to two dogs.
The garden is enclosed. There are two places to sit outside. One of them looks out over the cricket ground. Inside, it's open plan downstairs. We've tried to make it comfortable.
You're really close to everything. The beach is about 300 yards away, and parts of it allow dogs all year. The town has the usual shops, cafes, and pubs. The pier is famous, they have a show on in the summer.
For local days out, you can get the North Norfolk Railway from Sheringham, which is about four miles away. Blakeney, for crabbing and seal boat trips, is a 30 minute drive. The Norfolk Broads are about 35 minutes. Norwich is on the train line if you want a city day.
There are lots of National Trust places nearby. Blickling Hall is about half an hour inland. On the coast, Sheringham Park and Blakeney's Cley Marshes are good for walks.
Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
