Seahorse Cottage

This is Seahorse Cottage in Cromer. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on the ground floor. That's useful if stairs aren't your thing. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and there's one bathroom.

It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-finished. It's clean and modern inside.

The main thing is the location. You can walk into Cromer town centre in about five minutes. The beach is the same. There's private parking here, which is good because it can be tricky to find near the seafront.

The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs. You can bring two.

Cromer's a proper seaside town. The pier is the main event, with its theatre shows. There's a cinema, a small zoo, and the usual amusements. Plenty of places to eat and drink, all within walking distance so you don't have to move the car.

If you want to explore, Sheringham is a short drive up the coast. The North Norfolk Railway steam trains run there. For a bigger day out, Norwich is about 40 minutes by car. The train from Cromer station goes there too.

The north Norfolk coast is good for walking and birdwatching. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline. The RSPB reserve at Cley Marshes is about a 25-minute drive.

Facilities here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. A highchair is available if you need it.
