Seasands is in Sheringham town centre. It's a flat, on the first and second floor of a building. The front door is on the pavement.
You're right by the seafront, about a minute's walk to the beach. It's a sandy beach with a promenade. The town's shops, a pub, and a restaurant are just up the road, also about a minute away.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The beds and towels are included.
Because it's in a converted building, the stairs are quite narrow and a bit steep. It's not a problem for most, but worth knowing if you have mobility issues or very young children. We've got a stairgate and a cot if you need them.
For facilities, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, a TV, and on-site parking for one car. There's a small patio area out the back. No pets, sorry.
Sheringham itself has a swimming pool and a cliff-top golf course. The North Norfolk Steam Railway runs from here. A short drive away is Sheringham Park for walking.
Cromer, about five miles east, has its famous pier. For days out, you've got the National Trust's Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Estate. Blakeney Quay is about ten miles away for seal trips. Wroxham on the Broads is about twenty-five miles for boat hire.
