High Trees is on a quiet street in High Kelling. It's a bungalow, detached. Everything's on one floor, which I like. The garden is good. It's got a patio and a summerhouse, which is handy if you want to sit outside but it rains.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, and there's a lot of space. You get a living room, a separate snug, a dining room, and a conservatory. Good for a group where people might want to do different things.
The location is the main thing. You're about ten minutes' drive from the coast. Sheringham and Cromer are that way. Cromer has the pier. Westwards you've got places like Blakeney for crabbing, and Wells-next-the-Sea with the pine trees and beach huts.
Kelling Heath is right on your doorstep for walking. Holt is a short drive. It's a Georgian town with nice shops and places to eat.
If you want to go further, the Norfolk Broads or Norwich are about 45 minutes by car. The North Norfolk Coast is the big draw. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline and estates like Felbrigg here.
Facilities: it has what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. It has an electric vehicle charger. You can bring two dogs. There's a BBQ.
