High Trees
This is High Trees. It's a bungalow in High Kelling, near Holt. That means all the rooms are on the ground floor. No stairs at all, so it's quite practical.
It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and one bathroom. There's a proper shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The main thing is the space. There's a living room, a separate dining room, and a conservatory. There's also a small snug room. So if you're a group, you can spread out a bit. The garden is a good size, with a patio, a summerhouse, and a BBQ.
It's in a quiet residential area. Kelling Heath is right by you. You can walk into the woods from the house. It's good for walks or a cycle. The coast is about ten minutes away by car. Sheringham and Cromer are the nearest seaside towns. Cromer has the pier.
Holt is just down the road. It's a Georgian town with independent shops and places to eat. Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney are a short drive along the coast. Good for crab if that's your thing.
Further afield, you can get to Norwich or the Broads within about 45 minutes. There's an electric vehicle charger at the property if you need it.
Facilities are all included: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels. Pets are welcome.
