Robin Cottage
Robin Cottage is on one of the quiet roads off the main street in Holt. It's a little red brick cottage, terraced. You've got two parking spaces out front, which is handy because parking in Holt isn't easy.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. One bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower over it. It's a 5 Star property, which means it's been done to a high standard. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, a bit steep and narrow.
Downstairs there are two sitting rooms, which is unusual for a place this size. One has a sofa bed, if you need it. The kitchen is a good size and the back doors open onto the private garden. It's enclosed, so it's safe for kids. There's a table out there and a BBQ.
You're about a five minute walk from the centre of Holt. It's a Georgian town with nice independent shops and a few chains. Plenty of pubs and places to eat. The annual Christmas lights are a big draw.
The coast is about fifteen minutes by car. You've got Blakeney for seal trips and crabbing. Cromer has its pier and beach. Sheringham is just along the coast. The whole area is good for walking. The National Trust looks after a lot of it, like Sheringham Park and the Felbrigg and Blickling estates.
For nature reserves, RSPB Cley Marshes is on the coast nearby. Pensthorpe is about half an hour inland. The Thursford Christmas show is about a twenty minute drive.
Inside there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding is included. There's a highchair if you need one. No pets.
