Greenrush Cottage is in Blakeney. It's a three-bedroom house that sleeps six, and it's got two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so everything's in good order and it's comfortable.
The main thing is the view. The back of the house has big windows looking straight out over the salt marshes. You get private access onto the coastal path from the garden, which is handy.
It's about a quarter of a mile walk to the quay, where you can go crabbing or get a boat out to see the seals. The village shop and a pub are about the same distance. There's parking on site.
The stairs inside are steep. They're open-tread and a bit narrow, which is just how the house is built.
You can walk to the beach from here. If you drive, Wells-next-the-Sea is about ten minutes away. They've got the beach huts and the little railway down to the sand. Holkham Hall is a fifteen minute drive, maybe twenty. The Norfolk Broads and Norwich are both within an hour if you fancy a day trip.
In terms of stuff, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. It says it's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. We take up to two dogs.
For planning trips, the National Trust Norfolk site is useful, and Visit Norfolk has good information on the area.
