The Old Butler's House

The Old Butler's House is part of Cley Hall, so it's a big, solid old building. The main house is next door but you don't share any space. It's just across the road from Cley Marshes. You can see the sea and the salt marshes from the upstairs windows.

It sleeps seven. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom, which is upstairs. You can bring one dog. It's got a 4 Star rating, which mostly means it's comfortable and well looked after.

You've got your own lawned garden, fully enclosed. It's a couple of minutes' walk to the village centre. There's a shop and a good pub that does food. The beach is shingle and it's about a fifteen minute walk.

Inside, the rooms are big. The living room has an open fire. The kitchen is large and looks out over the garden. It has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

If you're here for the nature reserve, you're right on it. The Cley Marshes are famous for birdwatching. Sheringham is about seven miles along the coast for a different beach and a golf course.

Facilities: all the bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair. WiFi works. Parking is on the drive. There's a BBQ in the garden.
