The Old Butler's House is in Cley next the Sea, on the north Norfolk coast. It's a wing of Cley Hall. You get a private lawned garden to yourselves.
It sleeps seven in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. The house has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and not basic.
From the upstairs, you can see the sea and the salt marshes. The marshes are right there. The living room has an open fire. The kitchen is a good size and looks out over the garden.
Cley is a small village. You can walk to the pub and the local shop. The beach is a short walk away.
There's a nature reserve right on the doorstep. It's famous for birdwatching.
If you want to drive, Sheringham has a beach and a swimming pool. It's about fifteen minutes away.
As for facilities: it's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, a high chair and a cot if you need them. Bedding is included. Parking is on site. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
