Hollyhock Cottage
Hollyhock Cottage is one of a row of six holiday places in Blakeney. It's terraced. You get a little patio garden out the back, just for you.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, which is handy because they each have their own bathroom. One's an ensuite, one's next door. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The WiFi works.
Blakeney itself is a proper coastal village. The quay is about a three minute walk away. You can see the sea from the end of the street. People go crabbing off the harbour wall. It's that sort of place.
The cottage has a wood burner for winter evenings. There's a washing machine, and all the bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
There's a village shop and a couple of places to eat just down the road. The pub is very close, about a hundred yards.
If you want to explore, Wells-next-the-Sea with its beach and pine woods is about fifteen minutes west by car. Sheringham and Cromer are east, maybe twenty-five minutes. The whole north Norfolk coast is good for walking and birdwatching. The coastal path is right there.
