The Little House is in Hempstead, Norfolk. It's a one-bedroom cottage for two people. It's detached. You get your own bit of garden out the front.
It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good condition. The main room is open plan. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and there's level access from the parking spot to the front door.
The cottage is part of a working farm. The owners have planted a lot of trees and hedges. There's a shared outdoor heated swimming pool you can use in the summer. There's also a hard tennis court available from April to November.
The history is interesting. Parts of the farm buildings date back to the 1400s. It was owned by the Earl of Buckinghamshire and later became part of the Blickling Estate.
There's a pub and restaurant about a mile away. The nearest shop is in Holt, which is three miles. The coast is about seven miles, so a 15 minute drive. Cromer and Sheringham are good for beaches and piers.
Blickling Hall is very close. It's a National Trust property with a big garden and lake. National Trust Blickling Estate. Holkham Hall and beach are about half an hour away. Norwich is 40 minutes for the castle and cathedral. The Norfolk Broads are around 40 minutes drive too.
