The Little House is here at Hole Farm in Hempstead. It's a one bedroom cottage, sleeps two. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a good standard. Everything you see is included.
It's a single storey place, all on the ground floor. The layout is open plan. The door is wheelchair accessible and there's parking right outside.
The farm itself is a working farm, but it's quiet. The owners have planted a lot of woods and hedges over the years, so it feels very private and sheltered. You look out over fields.
There's a shared outdoor heated swimming pool in the old cattle yard. It's seasonal. There's also a hard tennis court you can use from April to November.
Inside, it's been done up but kept its character. You've got beams and exposed brickwork. It's clean and comfortable.
The nearest pub and restaurant is about a mile away. The shop is three miles, so you'll want to bring most of your food with you.
The coast is about a 15 minute drive. You've got beaches like Holkham and Cromer within half an hour. Cromer has a pier and a promenade. Blakeney is good for a walk and you might see seals.
For history, Blickling Estate is very close. Holkham Hall and Sandringham are within a 30 minute drive too. Norwich with the castle is about 40 minutes. If you want the Broads, Wroxham is also around 40 minutes away.
Facilities: all bedding and towels are included, there's WiFi and a TV, and the electricity is covered. No pets.
