Middle Wing, Gresham Hall
Middle Wing is part of Gresham Hall, near East Beckham in Norfolk. It's one of four apartments in a big country house. You share the grounds with the other apartments, but you get your own space.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is useful. It's a 5 Star place, so it's been done up well. You can bring one dog.
The driveway is long and winding through the estate. It sets the tone. The hall itself is Edwardian, built in 1908 with bricks from a local kiln. It's been fully refurbished recently.
The location is good. You're a few miles inland from the coast at Sheringham, so you get the quiet but you're not far from things. The beach at Sheringham is sandy. Holt is nearby for shopping and food. Cromer with its pier is a short drive.
You're in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good for walking. The National Trust at Sheringham and The Norfolk Broads are both within easy reach if you want to plan days out.
Inside, it has what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
