Seal Pup is a detached house in Sheringham. It's half a mile from the beach. You get your own private parking.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's an open plan living area downstairs with a kitchen. The sofas recline. One of the twin bedrooms is down there too.
The garden is fully paved and enclosed. It's got a table and chairs and a two-seater bench.
The stairs are a steep, open-tread spiral staircase. They lead up to the main double bedroom, which has a Juliet balcony looking over the garden.
We allow one dog. There's a dog bed provided. You'll also find a large crate under one of the single beds if you need it.
The kitchen has its own set of crockery. In the shed, there are bodyboards, buckets, spades, and a trolley to take it all to the beach.
Sheringham has shops, pubs, and restaurants within half a mile. The seafront has a swimming pool, two museums, and the North Norfolk Steam Railway. The town has various events through the year like a Carnival week.
For walking, Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall are nearby National Trust places. Cromer, about six miles away, has its famous pier show. Blakeney Point, with the seal colony, is about half an hour's drive. Boat trips to see the seals run from there.
Further afield, within about 30 minutes, you've got the Norfolk Broads, Thursford, Sandringham, and the bird reserves at Titchwell and Cley.
Facilities include a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, bedding and towels, and parking. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but the shower room and a bedroom are on the ground floor, with the other bedroom upstairs via the spiral stairs.
