Low Tide

It's called Low Tide. It's a timber chalet on Kings Chalet Park in Cromer. It's single-storey, so there aren't any stairs to worry about.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The front looks over the park. You have your own bench outside. There's a big communal grass area a short walk away, and a path that leads right down to the beach. There's a children's play park there too, with swings and a zip wire.

Cromer itself is a proper old-school seaside town. It's got the pier, the beach, the promenade. There's a small zoo, Amazona, and a golf course. The local pub, shop, and a restaurant are about half a mile away.

If you want to explore, the Coasthopper bus runs right along the coast road. Sheringham is close, that's where the steam railway is. The North Norfolk Railway is good for a trip. There are some great RSPB reserves along the coast at Blakeney and Cley.

Within about an hour you can get to Holkham Beach, Blickling Hall, or into Norwich. It's a good base.

What's there: dishwasher, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. The layout is open plan.

If you need more space, you can book the chalet next door, High Tide, as well. Together they sleep eight.
