The Roost is in Sidestrand, Norfolk. It's a brick and flint cottage that sleeps two. There are two bedrooms upstairs, which gives you some space to spread out, and one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is it's very good for dogs. There's a fully fenced front garden, so they're secure. The back courtyard gets the sun in the afternoon. You can bring two pets.
There's a wood burner. We get it going for you before you arrive and leave you enough logs and kindling to keep it going.
It's a quiet spot. You're on the edge of Northrepps village. There's a local pub you can walk to. From the doorstep, you can follow public footpaths through the woods or along the cliffs. Overstrand beach is about a twenty minute walk away.
Cromer is three miles up the road. It's got the pier, a beach, shops, and places to eat. The crab there is famous.
If you want to see the Broads, it's about half an hour's drive. Holt, which is a nice town for shopping and cafes, is also within a half hour drive.
For facilities, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking here at the cottage. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but you should check with us about the internal layout if you have specific needs.
