Dell Cottage is in Mundesley, on the Norfolk coast. It's down a little lane, pretty much opposite the village pub. The beach is about a hundred yards away, straight down the hill.
It's a detached cottage, sleeps five. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The garden is quite big and you walk through it to get to the front door. It's fully enclosed so it's fine for dogs. There's also a conservatory that looks back out over the garden.
The cottage is old. Parts of it date back to the 1300s. It used to be the village school a long time ago. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, which is pretty normal for a place this age. The windows are an unusual arched shape.
Mundesley itself is a small village but it's got what you need. There's a pub fifty yards away, a restaurant even closer, and a shop about half a mile up the road. The beach is the main thing, really. It's sandy and it's right there.
If you want to go further, Cromer is about seven miles up the coast. Norwich is roughly twenty-five miles inland. The Norfolk Broads are close, with Wroxham being a good starting point. For a day out, the National Trust has a few properties nearby like Blickling Estate and Felbrigg Hall. The North Norfolk Coast site has information on walks and wildlife.
