Seabreeze is in Walcott Green, about a mile from the coast. It's a single-storey annex attached to the main house, but you have your own entrance and a private patio garden. The big window looks west, over fields towards the sea. It gets the afternoon sun.
It's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating because it's well-equipped, comfortable and everything works. The entire place is on one level and the doorways are wide, so it's suitable for wheelchair access.
The inside is open-plan. The kitchen, sitting area and bedroom space are all in one room, divided by furniture. It works, but it's worth knowing. The bathroom is separate, with a walk-in shower. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
You can walk to the beach in about twenty minutes. The coastal path is just down the lane. There's a shop and a pub a mile away in the village. Decent food at the pub.
If you drive, you can get to a lot. Happisburgh lighthouse is about ten minutes south. Horsey Gap for the seals is maybe twenty-five minutes. Norwich is half an hour for shopping or the castle. The Norfolk Broads are close for a boat trip. For a good garden, East Ruston Old Vicarage is worth a visit.
