It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's warm and comfortable, not a palace.
The track down to it is unmade. It's just gravel. Your car will be fine, but take it steady.
You can bring one dog. The garden is enclosed.
The local pub is about half a mile down the lane. It serves food. The nearest shop is in Stalham, about three miles away.
You're right on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. Dilham Staithe is at the bottom of the drive. You can fish there. If you've got a small boat like a canoe, you can launch it from there, but there's no proper slipway.
The coast is about a twenty minute drive. Mundesley and Sea Palling are the closest beaches. Cromer is a bit further, maybe half an hour. It's got the pier and a proper town. If you want to see the Broads properly, Wroxham is about six miles south. You can get boat trips from there.
There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
