2 Brick Kiln Barns

This is 2 Brick Kiln Barns in Dilham. It's a semi-detached, single-storey barn conversion, so everything's on one level. You access it via a private unmade track.

It sleeps four people in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The living space is open plan.

Outside, there's a private patio with garden furniture. It looks out over open countryside. It's very quiet. There's also a private hot tub.

You can bring one well-behaved dog.

The facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.

The local pub that does food is about half a mile away. The nearest shop is in Stalham, about three miles.

The location is the main thing. You're under ten minutes' drive from the coast at Sea Palling or Happisburgh. The Norfolk Broads are right on your doorstep too. Dilham Staithe is at the bottom of the drive, where you can fish or launch a small canoe.

Within half an hour you can be in Cromer for the pier and seafront, or Wroxham for boat hire on the Broads. The North Norfolk Railway runs between Sheringham and Holt. The beaches at Mundesley, Overstrand, and Wells-next-the-Sea are all easily reachable.

For days out, you've got the Holkham and Blickling estates, or the city of Norwich. Useful links for planning: National Trust Norfolk and Visit Norfolk.
