The Garden Apartment
The Garden Apartment is in Neatishead, in the middle of the Broads. It's an annexe attached to our house, but it's all yours. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped.
The main thing is the garden. It's large, private, and we keep it tidy. There are two patio areas with furniture. It's a quiet spot.
There's a village shop about a minute's walk away. Good for the basics, and they do coffee and cakes. The pub is 200 yards down the road. They have a restaurant and brew their own beer. You can walk from there down to the staithe, or out to the Barton Broad boardwalk.
Horning and Wroxham are two miles away if you want more pubs or cafes, or to hire a boat. Norwich is about a 25-minute drive for shopping or the castle.
The North Norfolk coast is roughly half an hour by car. You can see the seals at Horsey if the tide's right.
Inside, it's all on the ground floor. Open plan living area, kitchen, and the wet room shower is there too. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. We have bike storage if you bring them. No pets, sorry.
