Caracol is in Hoveton, which is a couple of minutes outside Wroxham. It's a detached house right on the river. You get a private mooring out front.
The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, five bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's also wheelchair friendly, with a wet room on the ground floor.
There's a fully enclosed decked area and a lawn that goes right down to the water. The garden is secure. You can fish from the bank. There's a private day launch for the Broads, which you can arrange to use directly with me for an extra charge. It seats eight.
Wroxham is a short walk or drive. That's where the shops, cafes, and a couple of waterside pubs are. Hoveton itself has a local shop about three quarters of a mile away.
You're right on the edge of the Norfolk Broads for boating or walking. The coast at Happisburgh or Sea Palling is about a twenty minute drive for the beach. Norwich is fifteen minutes in the car for a day out - the cathedral, the castle museum, that sort of thing.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
