The Wherry is in Hoveton, on the River Bure. It's a single-storey lodge, so it's all on the ground floor. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and spacious, but not luxurious.
The main thing is the river. You're right on the bank. The living room has patio doors that face the water. There's a mooring if you have your own boat, and you can hire day boats nearby. People do catch pike from the bank.
Wroxham is about three quarters of a mile away. That's where the shops are, and a few pubs. Norwich is a twenty minute drive if you need a big supermarket, or want to see the castle and cathedral. The beaches at Waxham and Sea Palling are about half an hour by car.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but you'd want to check the specifics with us first.
For planning, the Broads Authority website has maps and boating information. The National Trust for Norfolk lists places like Blickling Hall nearby.
