Tracara Cottage
Tracara Cottage is in Horning, right on the river. It's the upstairs one of a pair of apartments. You look out over the water from the living room.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen has what you need. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
You're right in the middle of the village. The shop and a couple of pubs are about fifty yards away. The pubs do decent food. Parking is on site.
You can hire boats from just down the road. That's really the main thing to do here, just pootling about on the river. You can get day boats or book a longer trip. Fishing is popular. If you'd rather walk or cycle, you can hire bikes locally too.
Wroxham is about ten minutes by car. It's busier, with more shops and places to eat. The city of Norwich is about eleven miles away if you want a day out. The coast at Sea Palling is about a half hour drive.
For a day out with kids, BeWILDerwood is close. It's that treehouse and zipline place. There's a playing field with a playground just along the lane here.
You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
