Tracara Cottage is in Horning, on the Norfolk Broads. It's the upstairs flat of a two apartment house. The front looks right out over the water, about twenty feet from your door.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk in shower, the other has a bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. The stairs to the front door are outside and a bit steeper than a normal house, but there's a handrail.
There's a pub and a village shop fifty yards away. Both are fine. Neatishead, The Norfolk Mead Hotel, and Wroxham are a short drive for more places to eat. You can hire day boats on the river in the village if you fancy that.
Norwich is about half an hour's drive for a day out. The coast at Sea Palling or Horsey is about twenty five minutes. You can see the seals at Horsey when the pups are on the beach in winter.
It's a good spot for walking and birdwatching. The RSPB reserves at Hickling or Ranworth are close. BeWILDerwood is about ten minutes away if you've got children.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
