The market town of Acle, 4 miles and Brundall, 5 miles offer railway stations, post office, mini-market, hairdressers and local eateries. There are many good food serving pubs within the surrounding area, some of which are located alongside the river. Jump on the train to visit the city of Norwich, or the traditional seaside towns of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft. Norwich is 11 miles away where guests can visit the cathedral, castle museum, theatre, excellent shopping and art galleries. Wroxham, only 5. 5 miles away, is known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads, and has waterside shops, cafés, and daily boat hire with river trips available to explore the expanse of waterways.
