Watersedge is in Horning. It's a detached bungalow right on the River Bure. You get your own garden and a decked verandah that goes right down to the river, with a private mooring.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean. It's all on the ground floor.
The main living room has big patio doors that open onto the deck. You can sit there and watch the boats go by. You can fish from the bank if you want, pike fishing is supposed to be good in the winter.
Wroxham village is about a ten minute walk. There's shops, a supermarket, pubs and cafes there. You can hire day boats or bicycles locally. The shop and pub are about 240 yards away.
Norwich is about eight miles if you want a day in the city. The coast is about twelve miles. BeWILDerwood, that adventure park with the tree houses, is in Horning.
It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, parking on site and bedding is included. No pets.
