It's called Stileaway. It’s a bungalow just off the main road in Potter Heigham. Single storey, so no stairs to worry about. It's detached, so no one right next to you.
The place sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings, and the garden is enclosed, which is handy.
You're right on the edge of the Broads. Hickling Broad is about a ten minute drive away. They've got sailing there, and the Norfolk Wildlife Trust runs the nature reserve. Good for birdwatching.
The coast is about seven miles. Winterton-on-Sea has a good sandy beach and dunes. If you go up the coast a bit to Horsey or Blakeney, you can see the seals. In the winter you get the pups.
Norwich is under an hour away if you fancy a city day. Potter Heigham itself has a shop and a pub a few minutes' walk away. They do food. There's also a restaurant nearby.
For things to do, BeWILDerwood is popular with kids, over near Horning. If you're planning to explore, the Broads Authority site has good information.
Facilities wise, it's got what you'd need: washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. There's parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if needed. No pets, sorry.
