You've got a shop about 100 yards down the road and a pub about 200 yards. Both are fine. The coast is about three miles away. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty there, beaches and dunes. It's quiet.
Norwich is about 30 minutes by car if you want a city day. Cathedrals, museums, the usual. The Broads are on your doorstep for walking or messing about in boats. National Trust Norfolk has good info on local houses and walks.
