Holly Lodge is in Hemsby, Norfolk. It's a bungalow, completely detached. The main house is on the same plot but you can't see it from the lodge. You're on your own.
It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and comfortable. Everything's new and works.
The garden wraps around the lodge. It's enclosed, with a lawn, a patio, and a summer house. It's a proper garden, not just a patch of grass. You get the sun in the afternoon.
You can walk to the beach in about fifteen minutes. It's sandy. Hemsby itself is a proper seaside village. There's a shop about three hundred yards away and a pub that does food just past it. They're fine.
Great Yarmouth is about eight miles down the coast if you want the big resort stuff. The Norfolk Broads are close. Potter Heigham is six miles and Wroxham, where you can hire boats, is about fifteen. Norwich is maybe half an hour's drive for a city day.
The National Trust windpump at Horsey is nearby. Good for a walk and to see the seals in winter.
Inside, it's all open plan. There's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets.
