California Halt is a bungalow in Norfolk, on a private road near the beach. It's modern, semi-detached, and sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's good if you don't want stairs. The shower is a walk-in type. The living area is open plan. There's a patio and garden you can use.
The place has the things you'd expect: a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there.
The sandy beach is about half a mile away. You can walk it. There's a pub and a restaurant about the same distance. The local shop is a bit further, three miles, so you'll likely drive.
It's near some holiday parks. Some of them have clubhouses you might be able to use, but that depends on the park and the time of year.
You're close to the Norfolk Broads. The Broads Authority site has information on boating and trips. Wroxham is the main spot for that. Great Yarmouth is six miles away for the classic seaside things: a pier, amusements, a leisure centre.
For nature, Horsey beach is a good spot to see the seals in the winter. The coast path is right there for walking. There's local fishing and a golf course nearby too.
No pets, sorry.
