The Coach House
The Coach House is in East Somerton. It's a converted barn, detached. It looks out over a protected nature area. You get a lot of sky.
It sleeps seven in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything works and it's comfortable.
The stairs are a feature. They're the original ones, so they're steep and a bit narrow. Just take your time.
There's a wood burner. It runs on pellets, which is different. We leave a bag for you to get started. The garden is enclosed at the back. At the front there's a grassed area with a duck pond and a sun terrace. There's also a small games area in an old barn, with a table tennis table.
Winterton beach is about a mile away. It's sand and dunes. You can walk to nature trails from the door. The RSPB reserve at Winterton is very close. Boat trips on the Broads leave from nearby.
Horsey Windmill is worth a look. Cromer and Sheringham are about half an hour's drive for a different kind of seaside. Norwich is also within half an hour if you need a city.
Facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and an electric vehicle charger. We include bedding. You can bring up to two dogs.
