Sandy Belle

This is Sandy Belle. It's a holiday chalet in a place called Hemsby, on the Norfolk coast. It’s a single-storey bungalow, so everything's on one level. There's one step at the front door.

It sleeps five. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring one dog.

The main thing is the location. You can walk to the beach in about ten minutes. It's a good, sandy beach. The chalet is on a family-run park, so it's quieter than some. The gardens are landscaped and the one you get is enclosed. There's parking right there.

About a hundred metres away on the park there's a clubhouse. It does food and has live entertainment in the summer. There's also a kids' play area.

In terms of stuff, it's got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.

If you want to go out, Great Yarmouth is close. That's where you get the traditional seaside stuff: the Pleasure Beach, the Sea Life centre, that kind of thing. The Norfolk Broads are right there for sailing or just messing about on the water. You can hire boats. Norwich is about half an hour's drive if you want a city day. It's got a castle and museums.

For planning, the Visit Norfolk site is useful. The National Trust has some big properties nearby too, like Blickling Hall.
