Lilypots
Lilypots is a bungalow in Scratby. It's all on one floor, which people often ask about. Good if you don't like stairs.
It sleeps six with two bedrooms. There is one bathroom with a shower. The living space is all open plan. The kitchen's new and the dining table is big. There's a wood burner in the living area for when it gets chilly.
It's about a ten minute walk to Scratby beach. The sand is good. The garden is enclosed at the back. There's a patio area and it's quite private. You get the sky out here, it's very open.
For shops, the local Co-op is fine. The California Tavern on the beach road does pub food and you can watch the sea. Great Yarmouth is about a fifteen minute drive south. That's where the main seafront is, with the pier and the Sea Life Centre.
If you want to explore, the Norfolk Coast Path is accessible. You can head north to Winterton or south towards Yarmouth. For a day out, the Norfolk Broads are a short drive inland. You can hire a day boat at Wroxham or Potter Heigham.
Norwich is about half an hour's drive. It's got the castle, the market, and the cathedral. Good for a rainy day.
It's rated 5 Star. The place was refurbished in 2022. There's parking on the drive. WiFi, washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
