Apartment 2 The Pier
Apartment 2 is on Regent Road in Great Yarmouth. It's a first floor flat on the main seafront road opposite the beach, one of a few in the building. You'll hear and see the promenade from it.
It sleeps two in one bedroom, but there's a sofa bed in the living room if you need an extra bed. The bedroom's a decent size. The shower room has one of those mirrors with lights around it. Everything inside is new. It's got a 4 Star rating which means it's well fitted.
The living area is open plan. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher, a table to eat at, and then the sofa and TV. The WiFi works.
There's a restaurant right downstairs. They do food from breakfast through to evening. A shop and a pub are about thirty seconds away.
The beach is just across the road. It's sandy and long. Britannia Pier is a couple of minutes walk down the road, with the amusements and everything. In the summer, they do fireworks on the beach on Wednesday nights.
The town centre and the market are a short walk inland. For boat trips to see the seals at Scroby Sands, you go to the harbour.
The Norfolk Broads are about eleven miles away if you fancy a day out on the water. Norwich is a half hour drive for proper shopping or the cathedral. Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens is about twenty minutes by car.
Facilities: everything's included, bedding, towels, electricity. There's parking, but it's on the street so it's first come first served.
